Climb Mount Snowdon

Mount Snowdon dominates the glorious ancient landscape of North Wales.  It is described as "probably the busiest mountain in Great Britain. The summit is 3,560 ft above sea level, and is the highest mountain in Wales.  It is included in one of the three mountains climbed as part of the National Three Peaks Challenge.

On fine days the views are breathtaking and on a very clear day you can even see as far as the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland and the Isle of Man.

For the not so energetic you can take a ride on the Snowdon Mountain Railway.  It is Britain's highest rack railway. It is a spectacular journey to go on and the views are magnificent. At the summit there is the Hafod Eryri Visitors Centre where there is a Café, Shop, Education Centre and a weather resistant glass window for dramatic landscape views.
